Application Process
The application process is the first key to open the door for those persons, who make the sun shining and the wind blowing.
Our steps:
- We receive your application and confirm receipt with a short eMail.
- Your documents will be carefully checked by our HRO department in cooperation with the head of department or managing director.
- In the next step you will be invited to a personal interview (criterion: our requirements for the respective position match your requirements and qualifications).
- In the second round we want to give you a deeper insight into the W.E.B. In addition to the head of department or managing director and the HRO department, you will get to know future colleagues.
- You will receive feedback after the second round - if both sides agree, you can finally sign your new employment contract.
