Application Process

The application process is the first key to open the door for those persons, who make the sun shining and the wind blowing.
 
Our steps:

  1. We receive your application and confirm receipt with a short eMail.
     
  2. Your documents will be carefully checked by our HRO department in cooperation with the head of department.
     
  3. In the next step you will be invited to a personal interview (criterion: our requirements for the respective position match your requirements and qualifications).
     
  4. In the second round we want to give you a deeper insight into the W.E.B. In addition to the head of department and the HRO department, you will get to know future colleagues.
     
  5. You will receive feedback after the second round - if both sides agree, you can finally sign your new employment contract.
